The BRIDGE Program - for patients

Behavioral Resources and Intervention via Digital Group Education (BRIDGE)

BRIDGE: Learn, Connect, and Take Charge of Your Liver Health

Living with metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), also known as fatty liver disease, can come with a lot of questions. BRIDGE is here to help you find answers - and support you along the way.

BRIDGE (Behavioral Resources and Intervention via Digital Group Education) is a welcoming, interactive telehealth program designed to complement your regular medical care. Over 12 weeks, you’ll join a small group of people who are also navigating life with MASLD to learn more about liver health, share experiences, and discover practical ways to care for your health in everyday life.

Learn together. Try what works for you.

Every two weeks, you’ll meet online for a 90-minute session led by an experienced healthcare provider. These are not traditional lectures. Sessions are designed to be engaging and interactive, giving you plenty of opportunities to ask questions, participate in conversations, learn from others, and explore changes that feel realistic for your life.

Together, we’ll look at how everyday behaviors can influence your liver and overall health. You’ll gain practical tools and strategies that you can try between sessions, while building the knowledge and confidence to take an active role in your care.

A supportive community and care that is personal to you

One of the most important parts of BRIDGE is knowing that you don’t have to navigate liver health alone. Group conversations provide a supportive space to connect with others, exchange ideas, celebrate progress, and learn from one another’s experiences.

And while you’ll learn together as a group, your health journey is your own. During each session, you’ll also have an opportunity to connect individually with your clinician and develop personalized health goals that reflect what matters most to you.

Each BRIDGE session includes:

  • A warm check-in to reconnect with the group and see how things are going
  • An engaging learning session exploring an important topic related to liver health
  • Group conversation and Q&A where you can ask questions, share experiences, and learn from one another
  • Personalized support from your clinician to help you choose achievable goals and decide what you’d like to work on next

BRIDGE is more than learning about liver disease. It’s about building skills, finding support, and discovering changes that can become part of your life for the long term.

Come learn, connect, and explore what better liver health can look like for you.
